If any member wishes to organise an event it must first be approved by the committee after which we can offer a grant towards travel and any other expenses.
Members attending the event will be able to take advantage of our discounted travel and ticket costs with the exception of the organiser who will pay
nothing at all.
Ticket discounts of up to 50% can be claimed by members attending local sporting, cultural and leisure events.
We can also give grants towards the costs of members eligible to enter CSSC National or Regional competitions.

The closing date for entries is 13th July. Please go to the South West Region Event page for full details. Members entering this competition can apply for financial support.
EXETER CHIEFS RFC
The Chiefs will play their last Premier League game of the season on Sunday 22nd April; kicking off at 2-00 pm. If their is enough interest we will arrange free travel to the game.
You will need to book your ticket directly with the club using their link on this page but you will be able to claim up to 50% of the price back from the association.

RUGBY TRIP TO BATH
The Skittle team at the Hydrograhic Office have organised a trip to watch Bath Rugby Club on 28th April and have four spare tickets. Any member interested should email Charlie Brown at Charlie.Brown@UKHO.gov.uk
Please note you will need to book your own ticket and the coach will leave Taunton at 10-00 am and return from Bath at 9-30 pm. Any member taking advantage of this offer will be able to claim up to 50% of their ticket and coach fare.

LINKED MEMBERSHIP
The Associate and Family membership schemes have now been replaced by CSSC with Linked Membership. A full member can now link up to three people to his or her membership enabling them to participate in almost all of CSSC competitions and benefits.
